Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Global United EMS employee portal (“Portal”), you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the Portal.

2. Authorized Use

The Portal is intended solely for authorized employees, contractors, and administrative personnel of Global United EMS.

3. Scheduling & Calendar Sync

The Portal allows employees to view schedules and optionally sync shifts to personal calendars (Google, Outlook, or via calendar subscription link).

4. Confidentiality & HIPAA Compliance

Users may access sensitive patient or operational information. All users must comply with HIPAA regulations and internal confidentiality policies. Any unauthorized disclosure is strictly prohibited.

5. Data Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your personal profile information accurate and current. Incorrect information may impact scheduling and communication.

6. Notifications

Users may receive email and/or SMS notifications related to scheduling, availability reminders, or operational updates. Notification preferences may be adjusted in account settings.

7. Account Suspension or Termination

Global United EMS reserves the right to suspend or terminate access if a user violates these Terms or engages in misuse of the system.

8. System Availability

While we strive for continuous availability, the Portal may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues.

9. Limitation of Liability

Global United EMS shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from system use or temporary unavailability.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Portal after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
